Job Description
The Spa Concierge host and foster an atmosphere of calm and relaxation, scheduling treatments, guest registration, and processing payment. The role promotes wellness and serves as the final point of contact for an indigenous spa experience.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficient in basic computer skills
  • Hotel/resort spa experience preferred
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
