Job Description
Spa Front Desk Agents are responsible for graciously tending to the needs of Spa guests and anticipating their requests. They will accurately schedule Spa appointments while providing guidance and recommendations for spa services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, or equivalent vocational training certificate, required.
  • Previous guest service experience in a luxury spa, hotel or resort setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Basic computer proficiency and excellent phone etiquette / verbiage required.
  • Good to Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, required.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
