Role OverviewFoster a tranquil and relaxing experience for guests and colleagues as a Spa Concierge at the Hyatt at Olive 8. The Spa Concierge hosts and fosters an atmosphere of calm and relaxation while serving as the final point of contact for an indigenous spa experience.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include scheduling treatments, managing spa reservations, guest registration, processing forms of payment, and making product and treatment recommendations to spa guests.

The Spa Concierge actively promotes wellness through assisting with the Spa Membership Program, and supports the overall operation and presentation of the spa by assisting with light cleaning and organizational tasks as needed.
Requirements
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others.
- Must have open and flexible availability, to include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Must have Food Handlers Permit & MAST license
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
