Spa Concierge

Requirements

• High school diploma, or equivalent vocational training certificate, required
• Previous guest service experience in a luxury spa, hotel or resort setting is preferred, but not required
• Basic computer proficiency and excellent phone etiquette / verbiage required
• Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
• Good to Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, required
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be someone who appreciates the opportunity to be of service to others
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the resort
• Must be flexible and be open to working morning / afternoon / evening shifts, as well as weekends
