Job Description
The Spa Director is responsible for short and long term strategic planning of the Spa facility, including marketing, promotional, administrative, safety, associate and financial responsibilities. The role involves developing marketing strategies, working with Public Relations, and managing financial responsibilities. The Spa Director is also responsible for staff development and aligning operations strategies to meet the hotels business objectives.
