Spa Director

The Spa Director at Park Hyatt Aviara Resort is responsible for short and long term strategic planning of the Spa facility, including marketing, promotional, administrative, safety, associate and financial responsibilities. This role involves developing marketing strategies, identifying new markets, working with Public Relations on spa promotions and media, and monitoring competitor offerings. The director oversees staff development and aligns operations strategies and service initiatives to meet the hotel's business objectives.

What You Will Do

Develop marketing strategies and identify new markets, work with Public Relations on spa promotions and media, and keep abreast of competitor offerings. Handle fiscal budgeting and analysis, capital improvement identification, and budget preparation. Oversee staff development and align operations strategies and service initiatives to meet business objectives.
