Role OverviewA Spa Host is responsible for ensuring a seamless spa, salon, fitness, and wellness experience for guests at the Andaz Maui at Wailea resort. They serve as the first point of contact upon arrival and the last point of contact upon departure, interacting warmly with guests and providing tips on products and services.
What You Will Do
The Spa Host will register new guests, receive payments, issue invoices, and provide correct answers to questions from guests. They must also be knowledgeable in all areas of the resort, including food and beverage offerings, guest room bill review, and recommendations.

Requirements

- Proficiency with Book4Time, OPERA, HotSOS, RESERVE preferred
- Previous experience working in a Spa/Health/Wellness industry strongly desirable
