Role OverviewA Spa Host is responsible for ensuring a seamless spa, salon, fitness, and wellness experience for guests at the Andaz Maui at Wailea resort. They serve as the first point of contact for guests and are responsible for interacting with them warmly, providing tips on products, and maintaining good relationships.
What You Will Do
The Spa Host will register new guests, receive payments, issue invoices, and provide correct answers to questions from guests. They must also be knowledgeable about products and services offered by Andaz and inform guests of newly introduced products and services.

Requirements
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to multitask
- Proficiency with Book4Time, OPERA, HotSOS, RESERVE preferred
- Previous experience working in a Spa/Health/Wellness industry strongly desirable
- Fun and articulate person with a great sense of humor and attitude
