We are seeking a Spa Manager to oversee the operations of our spa, manage a team of over 100 colleagues, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in a spa operations role preferably in a resort spa or destination spa environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize items in a fast-paced work environment
  • Must be available to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
