Role OverviewAs our Spa Manager at Soothe Spa, you will be the cornerstone of our mission to create Grand Vacations by Sharing Smiles with every Owner, Guest, and coworker. You will lead a talented team of wellness professionals with vision, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
What You Will Do
You will lead, mentor, and manage the team, drive financial performance, oversee daily spa operations, champion guest experience & marketing, manage inventory & vendor partnerships, ensure compliance & administrative excellence, drive innovation & growth, and foster cross-departmental collaboration.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or retail management
- At least 2 years of previous supervisory or management experience
- Proven financial acumen with the ability to develop budgets, monitor expenses, analyze P&L statements, and achieve revenue goals
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable using search engines and internet research tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage inventory, negotiate with vendors, and control costs
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands
- Must be able to pass a background check and comply with all company policies and procedures
- CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
