Job Description
The Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is seeking a Spa Reception Agent to host and foster an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. Primary responsibilities include schedule treatments, guest registration, and processing forms of payments.

Requirements

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for a long period of time.
  • Must have flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays.
  • Food Handlers License preferred.
  • Moderate computer skills.
