Job Description
The Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is seeking a Spa Reception Agent to host and foster an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. Responsibilities include scheduling treatments, guest registration, and processing payments. The ideal candidate will have spa reception experience and a desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for a long period of time.
  • Flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays.
  • Food Handlers License preferred.
  • Moderate computer skills.
