The Spa Reception Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing spa reservations, and ensuring a smooth operation of the spa. The position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Comply with quality assurance expectations
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
Schedule treatments for individuals and large groups
Recommend and sell retail products
Check in guests for appointments
Process guest payments
Balance, scan, and drop receipts
