The Spa Reception Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing spa reservations, and ensuring a smooth operation of the spa. The position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • Schedule treatments for individuals and large groups
  • Recommend and sell retail products
  • Check in guests for appointments
  • Process guest payments
  • Balance, scan, and drop receipts
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstation and treatment rooms
