Role OverviewAs a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere for guests, scheduling treatments, and processing payments. You will also be responsible for making product and treatment recommendations to Spa guests. This position promotes wellness and serves as the final point of contact for an indigenous spa experience.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include schedule treatments, guest registration, and processing forms of payments to include room charges, credit cards, and cash. You will also be responsible for Spa reservations and making product and treatment recommendations to Spa guests.
