Role OverviewSpa Receptionist & Attendant hosts and fosters an atmosphere of calm and relaxation while promoting wellbeing. Primary responsibilities include scheduling spa treatments/resort activities, guest registration, processing payments, making product/treatment recommendations and maintaining a clean and fully stocked spa.
What You Will Do
Cares for guests throughout the duration of their spa visit and serves as the final point of contact. Maintains a clean and fully stocked spa, and performs housekeeping and Food/Beverage Service within the spa and outside pool.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Requires refined communication skills, basic computer skills, organizational/multi-tasking skills, and attention to detail. Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift in indoor and outdoor setting, and push, pull, lift, carry moderate weight. Experience in hospitality, especially spa, is preferred.
