Role OverviewAs a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere, scheduling treatments, and processing payments. You will also make product and treatment recommendations to Spa guests and promote wellness. This position requires flexible availability, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
What You Will Do
Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling treatments, guest registration, processing forms of payment, and making product and treatment recommendations. You will also be the final point of contact for an indigenous spa experience.
