Role OverviewAs a Spa Supervisor at Elaia Spa, you will foster a tranquil and relaxing experience for guests and colleagues. This role requires a comprehensive knowledge of spa positions and their function, including guest relations, payroll, scheduling, safety and sanitation, and administrative duties. The Spa Supervisor supports staff development, addresses colleague interests, and plays an active role in achieving a positive work environment.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, acting as a leader on duty, creating weekly schedules, assisting with payroll, and participating in department meetings. You will also help plan and participate in monthly department meetings.
