Role OverviewAs a Spa Supervisor at the Hyatt at Olive 8, you will foster a tranquil and relaxing experience for our guests and colleagues. This role requires a comprehensive knowledge of all spa positions and their function, and includes furthering guest relations, managing payroll, scheduling, promoting safety and sanitation, and other administrative duties.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include overseeing daily operation of spa concierge team, acting as a leader on duty to assist with guest opportunities and resolution, creating weekly schedules, assisting with weekly payroll, and participating in monthly department meetings.
