Spa Supervisor

The Spa Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth and successful daily operation of the spa. This position supports the Spa Director, Assistant Spa Director, and Spa Operations Managers by providing operational oversight, leading team members, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism.

What You Will Do

Oversight of the spa operation, leading the support team, managing guest experiences, leading by example, assistance with spa retail sales, and scheduling of the support team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred though not required.
• Previous experience working in a spa environment is preferred though not required.
• Excellent communication skills that translate to heart led service for our guests and colleagues.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time - ability to lift, pull, push and drag moderate weight.
• Excellent skills to support a collaborative work environment.
• Confidence and decisive decision-making skills to work unsupervised.
• Strong attention to detail for leading with efficiency, clarity and thorough problem solving.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines for projects and maintain organization in a dynamic, evolving work environment.
• Ability to work a varied work schedule with changing days off per week and a variety of shifts.
• Flexible and adaptable to assume a variety of responsibilities during a shift.
