Job Description
Kreato Global seeks a skilled English-Spanish interpreter for a 100% remote contract position in Latin America, providing accurate interpretation in medical settings and facilitating crucial communication in social services and financial contexts.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year minimum of professional experience in remote medical interpretation
  • English Proficiency: Minimum C1 fluency, valid certifications from EF SET (4-Skill), TOEFL, or CAE
  • Medical Interpretation Certification: proof of medical interpreter knowledge issued within the last 12 months, ALTA: Minimum score of 9 required, LanguageStat (PICSI): Passing score of 75–80% required
  • Core Skills: Complete mastery of medical and customer service terminology
  • Compliance: Must currently hold, or be willing to obtain, HIPAA and FWA (Fraud, Waste, and Abuse) certifications
  • Background Check: Willingness to successfully complete a standard background check via email
  • Technical & Workspace Requirements: hardwired Ethernet connection, high-quality, noise-canceling USB headset, Windows 10 OS, 4GB RAM, latest version of Google Chrome, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge, dedicated, quiet, fully HIPAA-compliant working environment
