Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year minimum of professional experience in remote medical interpretation
  • Minimum C1 fluency in English
  • Medical Interpretation Certification (ALTA or LanguageStat)
  • Complete mastery of medical and customer service terminology
  • HIPAA and FWA (Fraud, Waste, and Abuse) certifications
  • Successful completion of a standard background check
