Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year minimum of professional experience in remote medical interpretation
  • English Proficiency: Minimum C1 fluency
  • Medical Interpretation Certification: ALTA (Minimum score of 9) or LanguageStat (PICSI) (Passing score of 75–80%)
  • Complete mastery of medical and customer service terminology
  • HIPAA and FWA (Fraud, Waste, and Abuse) certifications
