Role OverviewTelum is seeking a Spanish-speaking UAV Pilot Instructor for a short-term contract in Ecuador. The instructor will provide system training to Ecuadorian Navy personnel, resulting in a minimum of 12 personnel certified as both pilots and maintainers on the UAS. The training will be executed in Spanish, and the instructor will receive train-the-trainer instruction at the manufacturer's facility.
What You Will Do
Provide system training to Ecuadorian Navy personnel, perform quality control of the COI in Spanish, and receive train-the-trainer instruction at the manufacturer's facility.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating and maintaining Group 3 UASs, be a US citizen, and have a US passport. Spanish language proficiency is required, and US military veteran status is preferred.
Requirements
- Pilot Instructor must speak, write, and read in Spanish
- US military Veteran preferred
- Capable to live in semi-austere conditions
- Must have a US Passport and be a Citizen of the USA
- At least 2 years experience operating and maintaining Group 3 UASs
