Role OverviewProvide quality instruction aligned to state and national standards, using various assessment strategies to inform instructional decisions and increase student self-management of learning. Engage students in deep content of the discipline and habits of scholarship. May work as a member of the campus STEM team to ensure quality integrated instruction across disciplines.
What You Will Do
Teach students the required curricula, collaborate with peers, assess students' needs, create safe and respectful learning environments, and communicate with families. Acquire knowledge of district and site goals, and work to support and achieve those goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- Prior successful experience student teaching or teaching in an urban, multicultural education setting
- Demonstrated continued professional development through course work, research, peer collaboration, and/or job-embedded staff development
- Valid Minnesota teaching license, or proof of pending approved licensure
