Spanish Youth Coordinator - NextGen Spanish Ministry

The Spanish Youth Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and ministry support for the Spanish Youth and Spanish Young Adult ministries. This role assists with the planning, coordination, and execution of weekly services, ministry initiatives, events, volunteer communication, and leadership development.

What You Will Do

Assist with the planning, organization, and execution of Spanish Youth and Spanish Young Adult weekly services, events, and ministry initiatives. Support the overall quality and effectiveness of Spanish Youth and Spanish Young Adult ministry programming.

• Ability to handle conflict, resolve problems, and communicate with professionalism and discretion
• Strong written communication skills, including proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, and business formatting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently on projects and collaboratively with ministry leaders, staff, volunteers, students, and young adults
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with tact and discretion
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, services, conferences, and special events as required
