Job Description
Laars Heating Systems is seeking a Spare Parts Associate who will assist customers with parts identification and part numbers, and work to improve Spare Parts capability for all Laars customers.

Requirements

  • Provide primary first line support of all parts related phone calls and e-mail inquiries
  • Assist customers with LAARS parts identification and verification
  • Work to resolve any part number errors and discrepancies in IOM and parts lists
  • Help update spare parts Data file with new parts or changed part numbers
  • Send RMA form to customers with warranty or part errors
  • Keep track of all incoming and outgoing calls
