Job Description
Goodwill Kentucky is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to join our team! The position is responsible for driving effective and efficient recruitment for Goodwill Kentucky, while offering effective onboarding for new hires.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field preferred; commensurate experience considered.
  • Minimum of three (3) years related recruitment and/or talent development experience, preferred.
  • Must have a proven track record of recruiting in a fast-growing organization.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System, preferred.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or disadvantages preferred.
  • Must have or be able to become certified in First Aid and CPR.
  • Must have strong skills in candidate pipeline generation and use of social media tools.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
