Job Description
Manage the work of cooks in the Special Diets department, forecasting food and supplies, inventory, ordering, and creating production records. Assist in evaluating and communicating menu changes, scheduling work, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Requirements

  • High School Education or GED equivalent
  • Five years of food services experience or related experience
  • Management experience preferred
  • Certified Dietary Manager certificate and/or comparable experience with modified diets in a regulated field preferred
