What You Will Do
Assist the lead teacher in delivering individualized or small-group instruction, help keep students focused and engaged, implement behavior intervention plans, and assist in de-escalating challenging behaviors.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Meet State of Minnesota Paraprofessional requirements
- Previous experience working with children, especially those with special needs

- Ability to maintain extreme confidentiality regarding student records and needs
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
