Role OverviewAssists special education teachers in instructing and supervising students with disabilities to provide a well-organized classroom environment. Prepares instructional materials, supervises children, reinforces classroom lessons, and provides other assistance as requested.

Why It Might Be a Fit
Must possess or be able to obtain certification in CPR and First Aid, and have one year of experience working with children in an educational setting preferred.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate's Degree
- Two (2) years of college (minimum of 48 semester hours)
- Passing score on the ParaPro Assessment Test
- One (1) year of experience working with children in an educational setting preferred
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
