Job Description
The Special Education Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring adherence to federal, state, and district regulations governing special education programs and services. This position provides leadership and technical expertise to support campuses in maintaining compliance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and related policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Valid Teaching Certification Issued by Texas Education Agency
Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience or ARD facilitation
Excellent organizational, management and leadership skills
