Role OverviewThe Special Education Paraprofessional works within a federal IV program, delivering tailored instruction and support to students facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. This role encompasses curriculum development, behavior management, collaboration with IEP teams, administration of assessments, and fostering positive rapport with students and stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Delivers instruction and support to students with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, assists certified staff in devising strategies for reinforcing learning materials, supervises students in various settings, and communicates with licensed personnel regarding student needs.

Requirements
- Two (2) years post-secondary education OR a passing ParaPro Score
- Continued employment is contingent upon maintaining all required licenses and certificates in active status without suspension or revocation
