Job Description
We are seeking a Special Education Preschool Teacher's Aide for our Pleasanton location in California. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder and child development principles, with the ability to establish a structured learning environment and communicate effectively with staff.

Requirements

  • Establish and maintain classroom rules and procedures
  • Follow directions and guidance provided by the lead teacher
  • Plan and facilitate group activities aligned with developmental goals
  • Record observations and daily activities of children during class time
  • Prepare and submit required reports and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with staff to support each child's development
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the classroom
