Role OverviewAs a Special Education RISE teacher, you will ensure that students with a wide range of learning, cognitive, emotional, and physical disabilities reach their fullest potential. You will teach all subjects, provide resources and emotional support to families, and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include adapting lessons to meet student needs, developing and implementing IEPs, assessing student progress, and communicating with parents and other educators. You will also participate in weekly manager check-ins, grade-level meetings, and other school-wide activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution
- Valid Texas state certification in Special Education
- Experience in a Special Education classroom setting with students who have significant disabilities
