Role Overview

Provide dedicated 1:1 instructional and behavioral support to a middle school student in a specialized educational setting. Develop and implement individualized instruction aligned with the student’s IEP, academic goals, and learning needs.

What You Will Do

Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate updates regarding goals and performance. Collaborate with school staff, related service providers, and families to support the student’s academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Valid California Special Education Credential with Mild/Moderate Disabilities authorization and English Learner (EL) authorization required
  • Experience providing 1:1 support or working with middle school students in a special education setting preferred
