What You Will Do
Main day-to-day responsibilities include teaching, creating a safe and supportive learning environment, and implementing individualized programming. The role requires strong classroom management skills, communication skills, and experience with IEP documents and the IEP process.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid California Mild/Moderate Disabilities Educational Specialist Instruction Credential
- Authorization Autism Spectrum Disorder (AAAS) or California Moderate/Severe Disabilities Educational Specialist Instruction Credential
- Experience in special education instruction
- Experience working with students on the Autism Spectrum
- Experience with IEP documents and the IEP process
- Strong classroom management skills
- Strong communication skills
