Job Description
Join Focused Staffing Group and be a catalyst for positive change! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Special Education Teacher to join our team as the 7th Grade Case Manager, responsible for developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to support students with special needs.
Requirements
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to students' unique learning needs.
Provide direct instruction and support to students in both one-on-one and group settings.
Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations.
Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to design and implement effective teaching strategies.
Monitor, assess, and document student progress, adjusting instruction as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and IEP goals.
