Job Description
ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking a Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 School Year. The role involves leading the instructional process for students with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and designing dynamic and personalized learning experiences. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in education, special education, or a related field, and be licensed to teach in Georgia.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in education, special education, or a related field
  • Current GA state teaching credential
  • Current GA state special education instruction credential
  • Certification in company-approved crisis management training
  • Prior experience working with curriculum development, differentiation, and instruction
  • Prior experience in special education services and compliance
