Job Description
ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking a Special Education Teacher to join their team for the 2026-2027 School Year. The ideal candidate will lead the instructional process for students with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and create personalized learning experiences. They will also be responsible for creating an inclusive environment, tracking student progress, and implementing PBIS strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in education, special education or a closely related field of study.
  • Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining a valid WA state teaching credential.
  • Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining a WA state special education endorsement.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain certification in company approved crisis management training.
