Job Description
ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking a Special Education Teacher to join their team for the 2026-2027 School Year. The ideal candidate will have a passion for empowering students with diverse learning needs and thrive in a collaborative and dynamic educational environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in education, special education, or a closely related field
  • Valid VT state level I or level II teaching credential
  • VT state special educator endorsement
  • Certification in company-approved crisis management training
  • Prior experience working in special education and/or behavioral health program settings
