Special Education Teacher-Children's Instructional Coach

Requirements

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide specialized instruction tailored to students’ unique learning needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and support staff
• Adapt and modify curriculum, instructional materials, and assessments
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation and records
• Support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development
• Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and needs
• Promote inclusive practices and a positive learning environment
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team collaboration
• Perform other duties as assigned to support daily school operations
