Role OverviewThis is a contract position for a Special Education Teacher who wants to work directly with K–3 students with disabilities, developing individualized instruction and helping students make measurable academic, behavioral, and developmental progress.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement individualized lesson plans and instructional strategies, provide specialized instruction based on student IEPs, and set measurable academic, behavioral, and developmental goals.

Requirements
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Learning Behavior Specialist I (LBS I) endorsement
- Authorization to provide special education services to K–3 students in Illinois
- Experience working with elementary-aged students with disabilities is preferred
- Experience with IEPs, assessments, progress monitoring, and multidisciplinary collaboration is preferred
Benefits
