Role OverviewDeliver individualized instruction and support to middle and high school students with diverse learning, behavioral, emotional, and functional needs in specialized classroom settings. Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), assess student progress, and adjust instruction using evidence-based practices. Collaborate with paraprofessionals, related service providers, families, and school staff to create a positive, inclusive learning environment that promotes student success.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field
- Valid Pennsylvania K–12 Special Education Certification
- Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs in a special education setting
- Experience in emotional support, autism support, functional life skills, or highly individualized (1:1) instruction preferred
