Job Description
We are seeking a Special Education Teacher to provide exceptional instruction and individualized support to learners across grade levels. The teacher will design and deliver individualized instruction, develop IEPs, and collaborate closely with general education teachers, related service providers, and families.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate with Teacher of Students with Disabilities (TOSD) endorsement, or eligibility
3–5 years of experience working with students with disabilities preferred
Strong understanding of IEP development, accommodations, and modifications
Experience with inclusive, resource, and self-contained classroom models
Proficiency with Google Workspace and digital learning tools
