Role OverviewThe Special Events and Promotion Manager will oversee all aspects of event planning and management, including booking venues, planning food service, entertainment, decorations, transportation, and staffing. Assist with on-site & off-site community events and support sponsored festivals.
What You Will Do
Develop, plan, and execute all Special Events and Promotions. Contributes to program development in alignment with the Director of Marketing to help the department achieve its goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or Entertainment based field preferred or equivalent in professional experience required
- 2-3 year in planning events at a large venue or casino
- Must be proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office products
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the Maryland State Lottery and Gaming Commission for the position
