Job Description
Join Easterseals PORT Health as a Special Events & Volunteer Coordinator to assist in organizing and coordinating annual special events, program specific activities, fundraising campaigns, and corporate volunteer initiatives.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in development support, event coordination or volunteer management
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Bloomerang preferred), Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Creativity in supporting engagement activities and assisting with program fundraising logistics.
  • Ability to regularly travel to event locations, outreach sites, and volunteer activities throughout NC & VA.
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel
