Role OverviewThe Special Procedures Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring authorization, scheduling and coordinating of Special Procedures. This will include liaising with Device representatives, other outside organizations, patients, providers, and internal staff.
What You Will Do
Perform job duties in accordance with Company mission, vision and goal, including maintaining organized spreadsheets, contacting patients, coordinating pre-procedure requirements, and reviewing patient chart notes.

Requirements
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Two (2) years of related prior authorization experience and/or training
- Knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work individually and within a team
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to perform calculations, problem solve and use reasoning
- Knowledge of medical practices and medical terminology
