Job Description
MANTECH seeks a Special Warfare – Touchstone Senior Training Instructor to join our team in Spring Lake, NC. The role involves leading the delivery and continuous improvement of multi-phase training programs, supporting USAJFKSWCS, and integrating cyber, OSINT, and emerging technology capabilities. The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of experience in the Special Operations or interagency communities, with specific responsibilities in areas such as cyber-enabled operations, OSINT, or big data analytics. A BA/BS in a related field and certifications in CompTIA Security+ or equivalent are required.

Requirements

  • Lead delivery and continuous improvement of multi-phase training program supporting USAJFKSWCS
  • Support and assist the design, development, prototyping, evaluation, and integration of innovative Open-Source Research (OSR) and Publicly Available Information (PAI) in direct support of Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF) requirements for Multi-Domain Operations (MDO)
  • Prepare and deliver formal and informal briefings to military leadership and customers
  • Design, develop, and test tools, applications, systems, configurations, or other technologies for offensive and defensive cyber-enabled Open-Source Research purposes
  • Develop student performance assessments and problem sets within virtual environments that simulate real-world threats and missions
