Job Description
Provide onsite and remote IT technical support for a diverse and complex technical environment at Bally's Corporation. Assist with service calls, maintain applications and workstations, and ensure the security and integrity of company information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate's degree in a related field and 2 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong knowledge of PC's, servers, networks, software, hardware, and telecommunications equipment
  • Experience with Windows 10, Office 365, Active directory, VMware, Cisco, Server 2012-2019, SQL
  • Network cabling installation and termination
  • Missouri Gaming Commission occupational license
