Job Description
The L&D Specialist assists the Learning & Development department by facilitating various courses, reporting & tracking, and contributes to the design, development, and implementation of new courses.
Requirements
Facilitate property-wide training, including new hire orientation and annual compliance training.
Develop learning activities, handouts, audio-visual materials, instructor guides, and job aids.
Design and facilitate instructor-led in-person and virtual training programs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trainings, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Assist with leading on-going department projects, including Tuition Reimbursement and ESL programs.
